We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was amazing and the facilities are perfect. Great location and veey close to food and tons of shopping. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. We will definitely stay here again and without hesitation we recommend this place. Staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating.

I would love to stay here again. Overall experience is great. From Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating, you can feel the warm welcome. Cleanliness is outstanding, Food was awesome & delicious. I always go out so I didn’t have the chance to eat the buffet looks like mouthwatering, I will consider to eat in the future. Hotel is affordable. Location is great. Walking distance to Ayala Metro. I was amaze. Thank you for the wonderful & outstanding service. I was very disappointed because I asked for an ice bucket around 11pm but unfortunately the room service told me that there’s no more ice available. I can’t believe that hotel like this don’t have ice for guest. I’m not happy at all.

People are not friendly. Tried to ask something but staff just ignored. Especially in the buffet. I ask the waitress if they have mango but waitress just ignored me not even explanation. I even told the cashier that how unfriendly they are but then she just ignored me. I will not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel for short visit of Cebu
For two nights ok. The personal is friendly and very helpful. Pool, Massage and Gym was perfect. Breakfast was very good but at 8:00 AM there was rush hour (we have to wait a few minutes). In summary a good price/performance ratio.
