Clean and modern, staff were professional, check-in was easy and fast. The bed was a bit too firm for me but that's because I like a soft bed. I'm happy we stayed there and would again.

Great customer service from the staff (particularly the receptionist) who were very helpful and welcoming. Suite was clean, well presented with a very comfortable bed.

Clean, neat, well presented. Some traffic/dog barking noise but not bad. Took a few different phonecalls to have someone attend check in counter on arrival but otherwise no issues.

Near to Westfield
Basic accommodation, we couldn't get the TV to work , think we had to scan QR codes but it didn't work ,but the proximity to Westfield makes up for it .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is in need of some updating and the rooms had some minor issues, which included a strong odour coming from toilet. It was only noticeable when entering the room after time outside. Not enough of an issue to offset the convenience of walking distance to water park and Westfield. Would stay again.

Pros: across the road from Westfield Chermside
Also across the road from Bus Terminal- convenient as only 30min ride to Queens St mall and QPAC.
Free parking included, a real bonus!
Cons: Although we were given a recently renovated room, we found the following:
No real benchspace in bathroom
No towelring for handtowel
Very cheap cutlery
Chux was very small...appears they had cut one into about 4 pieces and only provided you with one.
Having said all of the above, we stay there when going to Brisbane as it is convenient for parking, public transport and shopping

Property was excellent however biggest disappointment was the reception. I paid and pre-checked in online day before checking in but I was made to wait at the lobby for a room while two other guests who just walked in and paid at the counter were given rooms before me. It was quite disappointing.

Wasn’t as quiet as the last time we stayed here but still pretty good. We loved our room better this time but the door in to our bathroom was so squeaky you hated going in and out of there as it woke eachother up

We enjoyed our stay except for a moisture issue with the carpet between the bathroom and kitchen, but we were very happy with the property, cleanliness, staff and location. We will be back.

We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance.

Great location . Excellent value
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The apartment was awesome. Large great balcony . Had absolutely everything you would possibly need . Parking secure and easy to do. Check in and check seamless. Chermside a 3 minute walk no driving . It just does not get any better. Hope l get to stay again and fir longer.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfy, good sized shower, decent sized balcony and provided everything you’d essentially need. All of the staff were super helpful. Although didn’t use it ourselves, the Grab & Go breakfast is a great thing to have available! Top notch stuff.
