Perfect Stay Near Strasbourg’s Christmas Market
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Strasbourg! The location couldn’t have been better – it was just a short walk from the city center and the famous Christmas market. The hotel offered a perfect base to explore the market, with its festive atmosphere, beautifully decorated stalls, and delicious seasonal treats just around the corner. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and the proximity to the Strasbourg Cathedral and historic district made it easy to experience the charm of the city. This hotel is convenient to the train station and the most beautiful part of Strasbourg waterways. But it is very dated and not very clean. The breakfast was well below par with the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Europe. On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Buen Hotel para una visita a Estrasburgo, muy bien ubicado, a 3 cuadras de la estacion de tren y a 2 cuadras de la zona turistica, cerca a restaurantes, markets y farmacias. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias, solo cambiaría las almohadas, un poco duras, deberían mejorar la calidad. La atención es correcta. Lo recomiendo. Les envio foto de la calle, al costado del Ibis.

Fun vibe hotel. The room was configured a bit strange but it worked for our family of 5. The decor was fun and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and the location of the hotel was amazing. Everything we needed and all the tourist spots were within a short walk. Only negative was parking and driving. We found a spot off site but securing that and also trying to find the hotel and drivable streets was a challenge.

It was very difficult to park the car. The hotel claims to have available parking and yet there was no availability at all. You have to find a parking garage or else and then you have to walk to the hotel with your suitcases as the road is closed for cars in front of the hotel. Location is impossible for cars but it is a good location to walk after you settle in.

Breakfast was in need of improvement. No vegetables, only one coffee machine led to long queues, Eggs and Rösti were constantly depleted. Staff was friendly. Hair dryer did not function in the bathroom. TV was a nice size for the room.
