This hotel is not your typical "hotel" there is no reception and is set up more like an Airbnb. The common area is a small kitchen that is used by all guests. It's very small and rooms are all in a small area so you hear everything. Plus there was construction going on in the building so I was hearing drilling and dishes being washed as of 8am. The beds are not comfortable at all. Location is good, near the Vatican, lots of local restaurants and on a main street for shopping. Best part was the location. The lady who greeted me to open the door was sweet.

This was a very pleasant surprise. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as there isn’t much information online, other than reviews. This is a bnb located in an apartment building. It appears there are 4 other guest rooms in the apartment. It was very quiet and convenient. The owner was very accessible through WhatsApp and the apartment was always very clean. The AC was AMAZING and the beds were very comfortable. If you are just looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Rome and plan to be out all day, this is a perfect place to stay.

I was under the impression this would be a small boutique hotel, but it is more like a bnb. A very comfortable clean room inside the apartment with other rooms. Small kitchenette available to guests. The staff is so friendly and accessible on WhatsApp. Extremely courteous and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in and get situated. It’s been a wonderful easy stay.

This is an apartment converted to hotel rooms. The room is excellent, and there is a common kitchen for use with water dispenser and coffee machine. The AC, TV, Wifi are all working, bathroom is spacious and clean. Unfortunately Ottaviano station was closed while I stayed there due to renovations for Jubilee, but I took the train from Lepano when I need to. Vatican is a close 10min walk away, but the other attractions is about 30-45min walk. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall great value for the price.

Ottaviano station is currently closed. However, the place is 10 10-minute walk from Lepanto. The room is clean and has excellent facilities. It is safe for a solo female traveler—good value for money. The Vatican is only 8-10 minutes walk away. It is a bit further from the other attractions, like the Pantheon and Colosseum. You need to provide a check-in time estimate so they can meet you. There is water station and espresso machine in the common area.

The great thing about this location was the close proximity to everywhere. The room was relatively clean, however, we did not recieved house keeping services, which is stated as included. They also did not mention that the kitchen is shared with 5 other rooms. This made it a bit more noisy and difficult to get things when needed. We had to ask someone to keep down the talking as they were right out side our door.

Such a great place to stay! The room was ideal- spacious and had all the amenities we needed and more. It was so nice to come back to the cool AC room after a long day in the heat. Something certainly worth mentioning was the mini fridge being stocked fully which we were told was free to us during our stay. In addition to this, the communal reception area was always well stocked with coffee, snacks and a water cooler which was an unexpected lovely touch. The location of the property was great! Super close to the Vatican and if you enjoy walking, it was about a 40 min walk to other sights like the colosseum. Of course there were transport options available but the walk was genuinely so nice we chose to do it every single time! The most important stand out to me during my stay in relation to the property was our host Aila who checked us in and communicated with us during the stay. She was so friendly and such a warm welcome :) not only that, she was so beyond helpful during the stressful experience of our baggage being delayed. I really felt that she went above and beyond to help us which was so greatly appreciated. The building itself felt very safe- to access the room you needed to pass a front gate, a building door, a door into the hotel and then the room itself. I would absolutely recommend if you want a safe, clean, ideally located, modern room with plenty amenities :)
