After I got out of shower, I called to front desk and told them we had no towels. She said she’d get them to us when she could. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes. So my husband waited 20 minutes and then he took a shower. No towels. We only had a hand towel between us. This morning still

Not bad
Hotel is new so it's very nice and priced reasonably. Bed was comfortable and the pool was adequate. The location is okay and there are restaurants nearby.
The only issue is I heard what sounded like a gun shot in the hotel around 2:30 am other than that all was good.
