We enjoyed our stay at Ergon.
Beautiful and unique accommodation and friendly staff.
All thought it sometimes felt like a big waste of potential. The accommodation was great but not as private as it looked in the photos.
The staff felt a little bit tired and were not as alert as they should be. They could easily raised our bill by a couple of hundred euros but they were simply just not there to sell more drinks or ask if we wanted more food etc. Maybe a staff manager would be in place.
Especially when they just opened and should be on their toes to create a great reputation.
Some members of the staff was great but most staff members was clearly not trained to provide the service that a place like Ergon (we assume) wants to present.

Excellent concept de Camping en version 5 étoiles. Séjour en tente très sympatique. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel servi à Table et choix à la carte. Diner au restaurant très bien aussi avec d'excellents produits. Cadre avec dépaysement total, très beaux jardins et logements bien concus malgré espace étroit. Prix néanmoins un peu élevé pour la Grèce?

Paradise by the beach
We had 2 nights in a tent as part of a month long drive around Greece mainland. This was a fun place to stay although next time id make sure i was in a building and not a tent. The sea is 2 feet from your sunbed and food and service are amazing. The staff are fantastic...the best EVER.

Kids everywhere. I’ve never ever seen that many kids togetherin the same compound. If u’re a family with kids, then its the best place to have a vacation, however if u’re travelling as a couple, this would be a crucial mistake. The hotel and the service was good though. Amazing sea with amazin and kind employees

Beach house
The beach house opened 01 June 24. The accommodation is brilliant. The beach service was great. The only downside was the service in the restaurant. It was very very slow. I hope this is just teething problems and with time will improve. We would return as everything else was great.

The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now.
The crew is very kind and helpful. Kristof and Christina (I’m sorry if I don’t have any the names right) in particular. They really made an effort to handle our concerns about the outside light is on all night. Their kindness contributed to an unforgettable stay.
The food is the best in the area. We’ve tried other places but nothing beats the restaurant or the beach club food. So if you don’t want to, you dont have to leave the premises to have a perfect day.
And yes there is room for improvement. And but more privacy around the tents will be a plus. When the plants are fully grown that won’t be a problem. The outside light shining inside the tents adds a lot to the camping experience. For me it’s a bit too much for a good night rest. But the sleeping mask made a high difference, thank you once again for that.
The food in the restaurant was really the best but the waiting time was incredibly long. Staff is very friendly and attentive but somehow the forget to bring the (extra ordered) drinks/dishes. And, If you like a cup of tea, be prepared to be disappointed. There are only two choices, black or green. And the black tea was sold out all week. So bring your own.
