I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. The area is very central, so its easy to get around walking or on transit. It's downtown Toronto, so expect to see unhoused people aound the building. The unit was pretty clean, the furniture is good condition. It could use some detailed cleaning and maintenance (dusting, painting, window washing), but overall not bad. As a woman traveling alone, I prefer more security features like keyless entry so I can be certain no one has copied the key to the unit. An internal latch for more security would offer more peace of mind too.

One of the standout features is the indoor parking garage—no need to worry about street parking or long walks to the building. The room itself was immaculate, with a modern decor that really made it feel like a home away from home. The views from the room are great! I enjoyed stunning sights of the lake from the balcony and the vibrant city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking a stay here again on my future visits to Toronto!
