The reception was good not great. The amenities such as the pool and room size was much smaller than advertised. The price per day for this hotel was pre-covid and the popularity of the area in salvador Brazil.. I guess in time they will Improve

Extremely noisy hotel to stay away from
My wife and I spent a Friday night there. There was live music at the hotel until 11:30pm (not a big deal from most of us), but then you had the noise from the bars nextdoor until late in the night. Furthermore, the check-in didn't go smoothly and I had to wait until 2:30pm to get my room available. The room itself was very basic. I would not recommend staying at that hotel.

Very nice staff
Great check in by Lady. We felt very welcomed and she accomadated us well to the room with 2 beds instead of 1 (we were 2 girls). Quiet room. Clean room. Towels for the beach are offered too. The breakfast was delicious and you can even order omelets and Tapioca’s. The restaurant at night offer delicious food and Gabriel was also very helpful and nice. I’ll comw back for sure :) location is just perfect too.

A nossa estadia foi excelente . Localização , conforto e Limpeza foram o ponto alto. Café da manhã também, grande variedade e sabor. O ponto de melhoria fica no atendimento, alguns funcionários prestam pouca atenção no que falamos. Tivemos pedidos do café da manhã atendidos errados em dois dias e deixamos a chave na recepção solicitando limpeza e quando chegamos não estava limpo. Procuramos o time da limpeza e eles não havia sido informados. Outro ponto foi a cozinha no jantar, nós desistimos de comer , pois após 1:15 h do pedido ele nem havia sido indiciado a preparação. É uma excelente pousada, porém necessita treinar melhor todo o time ou melhor planejar o atendimento. Retornarei com certeza , pois considero os pontos fortes superiores ao que necessitam melhorar.

Insatisfeita
Cheguei e na primeira noite não consegui dormir pois o ar condicionado fez barulho a noite inteira, como se fosse algo no dreno, reclamei na manhã seguinte, mandaram alguém da manutenção verificar porém o defeito não foi corrigido e na noite seguinte tive que dormir sem ar condicionado pois o barulho terrível no split persistia. Passei um final de semana sem dormir direito. Fui para relaxar e me estressei

Localização super privilegiada. Café da manhã incrível. Quarto confortável. O único problema está no fato de não ter estacionamento em uma cidade que não possuí vagas disponíveis. Um ponto para ser corrigido é que no site o endereço, que deve ser i oficial, leva aos fundos da pousada, onde não há uma entrada.

Gostamos muito! Único ponto ruim, que não depende muito do hotel é a questão de estacionamento para veículo, que não tem e é bem chatinho de achar. Mas como disse, não depende do hotel e não ofertam esta questão de vaga na hospedagem. Em relação à proposta do hotel, não deixou nada a desejar. Atendeu nossas expectativas.
