Breakfast was not included. Old but clean hotel. Just a place to stay the night since it is close to the airport. No restaurants or bars close by. No pool or view from the room. On the second floor is a patio with 2 chairs for smokers. You can sit out there and watch the planes land.

We used this as a stopover for an early morning flight from PPF. Unfortunately, no snack bar, bar, or swimming pool to enjoy while waiting out the afternoon.
But we found it was a quick walk to the airport where we did have dinner in a/c.

As a basic airport hotel my expectations were quite low, however, I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a great hotel to be close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nothing special but for $10 - fresh croissants and bread and really good coffee was perfect. There is a grocery store and restaurants (exceptionally good pizza) nearby. Highly recommend.

Budget motel as advertised. However, it is a hike to get to the motel from the airport and taxi will cost you approx XPF 2000 one way.

Very convenient to airport. A 5 minute walk up a steep hill. Breakfast disappointing for $11. Just average coffee, croissants, cherrios and canned fruit cocktail. I would not buy that breakfast again.

This property is located near the airport but is not an easy walk, or a 5 min taxi. I booked a night for the day before since my flight arrived at 530am. I checked in at 7am and they would not allow check out past noon. I had to pay additional to stay for 2 extra hours. So 7 hours in total.

The best I can say is it was very clean. But being located on a big steep hill and all restaurants located at the bottom...too close for taxi and too steep to walk. The breakfast was too expensive for a cold cereal and toast. You can not have coffee unless you purchase the entire breakfast.

Stayed here only to be near airport for an early flight. Hotel is NOT easily accessible on foot despite it being across the street from the airport. Up a steep hill with no shoulder or sidewalk. Dangerous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fridge was turned off so not efficient for cooling our items. Despite making reservations 4 months prior with request for a quiet room, we were placed in the handicap-accessible room right next to the lobby. The breakfast room was on the other side of the wall and was very noisy in the morning. The room was also noisy in the evening as guests arrived in the lobby and ascended stairs to the elevator. Was told upon checkout that we were placed in that room because the hotel was full.

A great motel immediately adjacent to the airport if you have an early flight or are arriving late/early.
Unfortunately, and not the property's fault, but the guests coming and going were very loud and we kept being awakened by slamming doors. We'd also say that we only had one cup between us to share a hot drink with, so that could be something to improve on.
Otherwise, a reasonably comfortable stay, and completely served it's purpose. We'd definitely recommend staying here if your flights in/out are awkward.

I used to come there directly from airport , walking. Now the neighbors closed the easy access and you have to walk a steep slope all around without lighting or take a 3 mn taxi ride which costs 20 dollars. For this 20$ you can go to any other hotel a little bit further in town.

The walk up to the hotel from the back road was a hike and with our luggage rolling up in the heat it was a hard hour. They had a gate in the front from the airport but unsure why they didn’t have it open for people to walk up.
