Great stay. Just be aware that bathroom is small, which makes dressing after a shower near impossible. Friendly Reception and Bar staff, lovely meals in the Restaurant.

Great location and easy to find. Amazing views. Room cosy and warm. Spa could use a roof for when it rains. Restaurant was out of kids pizza for dinner could of offered an alternative.

The restaurant was buzzing when we arrived for dinner, and there was about an hour’s wait for a table, so something to keep in mind if you're planning to eat during peak times.
Our neighbours in the room next door were quite noisy until around midnight, which made it a bit hard to wind down.
That said, the staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, and our room was spotless. We really appreciated the care that went into keeping everything clean.

Great stay if you are doing the Tongariro Crossing
Clean renovated rooms and a nice restaurant with amazing front desk staff (Thank you Tori!) who took care of rescheduling our shuttle to the hike and arranging for a boxed lunch for the trek.

Cozy and convenient
The Park Hotel in National Park was well located, cozy stay for the two of us.
The bathroom was very compact but well appointed.
It was handy to have a small fridge and easy to make hot drinks.
We also had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the view across to the mountains.
Service was excellent from check in, dinner service and check out.
Would stay again
