Affordable, good value
Affordable hotel conveniently located near downtown Bend. The room was very spacious, comfortable, & had a full size refrigerator. Check-in & check-out were simple. Free parking & free wifi are nice benefits. I would stay here again.

Everything about the property was great! It was comfortable, clean, and the bed and bedding were super comfy!! The covers were very appropriate for summer instead of being stuck with only a 2" thick comforter when it's hot outside!! We loved it!

Nicely decorated. Very very clean. Comfy bed with multiple soft pillows. Im room coffee maker was a big plus to me. AC and WiFi functioned well. Staff and management had great customer service skills. Motel West is priced right for me.

I have been staying at this family-run hotel for several years. Its a quiet, clean, and centrally located facility with no frills. Since I don't usually spend a lot of time in the room, it's a good value for my money.

A cheap motel, but it was clean and nothing was broken. Everything functioned with no problems. Furnishings, shower curtains, draperies, and linen were cheap, but fresh and clean. Very nice for the price range. Better than I expected. Area of town can't be helped. It isn't unsafe, but there is currently a homeless crisis going on in the area. I gave the ratings I did because there was minimal staff and amenities, but the staff that I dealt with were kind, courteous, and helpful. The amenities were only necessities, but they were there and fresh. As I said, better than I was expecting for the price range.

Stayed here during a busy weekend, with much nicer accommodations being fully booked. I will say, despite it being a lower priced and, in theory, a lower value property, the Motel West was actually a pleasant place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and the bathroom in our room appeared to have been recently remodeled. Sure, the microwave in the room was small, as well as the TV, but we spent so little time in the room that it was not a big deal, and for what you pay, those amenities seem to be on par with what you would expect.
We felt safe, comfortable, and were treated very well by a professional staff.
