It was very comfortable and friendly staff. Big apartments, plenty of amenities. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Checkin after hours is a bit dodgy since you have to email then the credit card number, cvc, selfie and passport photo. It went smooth with no issue though.

We liked our stay really big apartment very clean cooking facilities.Very close to the civic theatre and beaches.Good Indian take away across the road.Ocean baths a must and the memorial walk.

Definitely not what I was expecting at all-and not like any other hotel room. And I would not recommend it. It has no windows into the main room. The bathroom has a window, which has a frosted glass that shines into the room (whether you like it or not) and there is a patio that has shutters that open and close, but with no screen and the patio, that table, the shutters were covered with bird poop, so we couldn’t go out there. The bedside table was stained. Overall, it was just gross. For this price, there are much better options, I fell for other reviews, and I lost out. Don’t make this mistake.

Huge room for the two of us, nice comfy bed. Bathroom was a little disappointing I'm not a fan of showers over baths, especially with a rain head as the only shower head & not wanting to get your hair wet. Great location for dining everything is walkable.

Great spot and unit
Staff were lovely, looked after us very well after a small complication with booking. Unit was amazing, had all you needed and walking distance to so much. Garage parking available at a smaller fee than most other places. We were given complimentary parking due to our small issue and drinks too, didn't have to ask. Great customer service. We would stay again

I wasn’t aware that check in closed at 4 pm as they only emailed us at 11:30 am while we were driving. Fortunately we made it there shortly before 4. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was safe and convenient under the hotel. Laundry seemed overly complicated and only one washer was working and vending machines were out of order. Overall would recommend, but better communication about check in and repairing machines in common areas would be helpful.
