I would not stay, after arriving, not knowing what type of bugs lived in the mattresses/beds-since the carpet was filthy, there was a thick 1’ strip of some type of back mold around the tub, above the shower pan; trash had accumulated underneath the beds; and the trash cans had old food stuck to the insides-coved by plastic bags; etc…
