A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area.

We chose Solea because we were visiting relatives that live nearby. We didn’t come for the water park facilities but my children enjoyed the infinity pool and the beach. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Our room faced the adjacent neighborhood so we were serenaded by bad karaoke in the evening and roosters crowing in the morning. It didn’t bother us. We knew it was all part of the experience.

A fantastic resort to stay at! Breakfast Buffet options were amazing! All Staff Members made you feel very welcome! Only wish that the rooms had more towels to use like face towels. Not a huge deal as you can always contact the desk for more. Beds were very comfortable! Overall experience was terrific! Highly recommended when looking for a place to stay in Cebu!

I regret staying here for 3 nights. Bathroom was dirty. Their water in the shower is salty as well as the sink water causing my skin to react such as hives. The staff was also inconsistent. I had such a miserable time. I wouldn’t recommend this resort. Too busy, noisy, dirty & bad customer service.

Room is clean but the shower/toilet are not so clean..towels including bath mats needs to be replaced ASAP.. its like using a dirty rug.. I see them clean the pool but it’s cloudy looking. Buffet is good except that it is very salty for my taste. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Location is around a busy neighborhood not what I expected.

Plenty of pools for the adults and kids. There inflatable water park looked like fun but wasn’t for us. I wouldn’t recommend for an older person. There is construction going on a new addition to the water park which will be nice upon completion. Beach disappointment, hot water in your room only early in morning or late at night. My reservation was for 3 people, only gave 2 towels. No hand towels or wash clothes. The food had a very good variety but for me wasn’t anything I would write home about. The free breakfast was pretty good but very over priced for dinner and not worth it in my opinion. My hamburger was not cooked and the bacon was not cooked either. Watch your step on the wet tiles. You can very easily slip and fall. One last thing. They offer shuttle service to pick you up at airport. But they don’t offer a shuttle return trip to airport. Taxi only and an extra 100 peso for taxi to come to resort. Every time taxi ride was different price. I took a taxi from airport. I don’t advise this. Arrange for a shuttle. When we tried to get a taxi all the drivers played dumb and said they didn’t know where resort was. I think about the 8th taxi took us. Of course he could have taken us a shorter route but still only cost us 360 php Trip from resort to airport cost us 600 php. So beware of taxi cab drivers. Always ask how much first. All in all enjoyed our stay, just not the food or transportation to and from. Won’t stay again.

Overall it was okay. Pool areas nice, even some under reconstruction. But that was mentioned on Homepage.
Staff friendly as usual.
However, mid-Management needs to gear up. Plenty of small issues all ocer, which should not occur in a Hotel as this. It would be easy to fix - teach personnel is fine, bonding of staff event is fine, but when you twach = you have to supervise and control!
But overall a good relaxing stay.

期待していたより良かった
値段を考えると総合的には良かったです。小さな子供がいる家族向けです。細かい点を挙げていくと他に良いホテルはあるかもしれません。
今回はBai hotel, Shangri-Laの後に滞在しました。プールが大好きな息子を朝から夜まで遊ばせる、クーポンに含まれるアクティビティを楽しむ、という点では1番良いホテルでした。スタッフは丁寧というよりかはフレンドリーなイメージでしたが、英語が話せれば問題ないでしょう。
また、他の方の口コミで「朝食は混んでいて並ぶ」「シャワーのお湯が出ない」「バスタブがない」とあったので覚悟をしていったのですが、全部大丈夫でした。
その為、期待していた以上に印象が良かったです。

帶小孩入住兩晚的感受
酒店是小朋友自己選的，看中的是它的充氣水上樂園。酒店整體親子設備完善，小朋友很開心。水上樂園浴巾有點髒，房間一般，可接受。第一晚分配到的房間離雞舍很近，雞一直叫很吵。第二天酒店幫忙換了房間，好多了。酒店客人很多，本來我們希望酒店幫忙接機，但遲遲得不到回覆。比較難叫Grab，外賣也需要出去拿，有點不方便，不過也許這也保障客人安全吧。整體0-10分，我給7分。

プールと水上アスレチックで子供を遊ばせたいと思いソレアマクタンリゾートに宿泊を決 めました。
プールの水は、日本とは違い少し濁った色をしていました。それは、フィリピンという事でしょうがないと思える範疇。
水上アスレチックの下に付いている苔が、剥がれ水面に沢山浮いていたり、アスレチックの空気が抜けていて遊べない部分あり。プールの底もぬるぬるしている。
子供達はそれでも、水上アスレチックで楽しく遊んでいました。
休憩中に借りていたライフジャケットをチェアーに置いて、少し席を外したら、他の客？スタッフ？が勝手に持っていってしまったらしく、アスレチックで遊べなくなりました…
ここまでは、海外クオリティと思い我慢が出来ました。
しかし、プールから出て部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びるとお湯が出ない。ほぼ水で冷たすぎる。
シャワーの水は、海水なのでは？目が染みる、ベタベタする。しまいには、シャンプーで泡だらけになっている時に、元々弱い水圧のシャワーの水が止まる。
家族にウォーターサーバの水を何度も汲んできてもらい、泡を流して何とかしました。
シャワーは本当に酷かったです。
せっかく、プールや水上アスレチック、ビーチなど楽しい施設があるのに、シャワーが壊滅的に酷すぎる。
レストランの食事は美味しかったが、提供時間が掛かりすぎでした。後から来た人達が先に料理を提供されていたり、同じメニューを２つ頼んだのに１つが全然来ないなど。
小さい子供達を待たせておくのが大変でした。
もう一度このホテルに行くかと言われたら、行かないかなぁという感想です。

3歳と1歳の子どもと家族4人でsuperior garden premium room に宿泊しました。
大小さまざまなスライダー、プレイエリア付きのプールで一日中遊び、レストランでご飯を食べ、大満足です。
ホテルスタッフはみんな親切で、哺乳瓶や水筒も頼むと洗ってくれました。レストランのご飯は量が多いので要注意です。朝食ビュッフェも種類が多く、子どももワッフルやパンケーキなど、飽きずに食べられました。
プールサイドで毎日新しいタオルが3枚もらえること、それぞれの階にウォーターサーバーがあること、とても助かりました。部屋にも毎日飲料水を補充してくれます。子どもがうっかりお水のボトルを割ってしまい、500ペソ請求されました。ガラスだったので子どもは注意が必要です。
バスルームの水は海水の味がし、シャワーは夜は水圧が弱かったりお湯が出なかったりしましたが、そこまで大きな問題ではありませんでした。
バルコニーがついていて、水着などが干せました。ベビーベッドも無料で貸してくれましたが、固いベッドの底に畳んだシーツを置いただけでした。以前別の国でも同じようにベビーベッドがセットされていたことがあり、海外ではこれがスタンダードなのでしょうか。日本人からするとマットがほしいと思ってしまいました。
ホテルの敷地をでた目の前に韓国のものが多く売っているコンビニのようなお店がありましたが、その他子連れで歩いていける範囲には特にお店はありませんでした。近隣にいるバイクタクシーかgrabで移動が必要ですが、数百円で移動できます。
ホテルから、SM Seaview shopping mall、the outlet mallまでは無料でシャトルバスがあり便利ですが、土日はすぐに余ってしまうので早めの予約が必要です。
全体を通して、ホテルステイを楽しむつもりで行ったので、大満足なホテルでした。
細かい点など、子連れの方に参考になれば嬉しいです♪

The hotel was ok. It has alpt pf tourist but its the pool and the amenities we ee looking forward to this hotel. They serve their purpose and we had a great stay. Although the food in the buffet is fast empty. Ad they have no time to refill some. Th pizza dont taste good but thry have many filipino food to choose that was good.. the location is very far from the center. Its very isolated . The beach area was not my favorite. I dont dare to swim. But they have a waterpark which was good for my kids.

Surprised!
Check in experience was not good. Line was very long but only 2 counters were available. Then our room was not ready and we waited for nore than one hour then we had to line up again to get our room key. And because this was a Saturday - the whole resort was like a marketplace - very noisy and chaotic. When we got to our room - you can still hear the noise from the pool area. It was too NOISY! Not ideal at all. Breakfast line was also very long - well only one restaurant for whole resort.
