Wonderful stay.
Hotel is minutes away from the main train station. Oksana from the hotel sent pics on how to get to the hotel but she was very helpful when i couldnt figure out how to enter the main building. Room is very clean, bright and airy. Lots of eateries nearby altho for halal food, need to walk to the other side of the Garibaldi station. Lift to hotel is those old ones which you need to close the doors manually..amaze its still works well. There's coffee and tea at the reception area you can use. Room no. 9 has some issues with the key but Oksana was there to help. This room is facing the side alley where they collect the rubbish early every morning so if you are a light sleeper, this would be ypur wake up call.

Very nice- definitely recommend
It was the perfect spot for a quick overnight trip to Naples! The room was cute, clean, and modern with everything you need and even had a little balcony. It’s in a very busy spot of Naples but felt incredibly safe behind 3 locked doors with 3 different methods to enter. The check-in and out process was seamless and the owners responded very quickly via WhatsApp. All around really good place to stay and would recommend to anyone needing a place for 1-2 people to stay.

Awesome stay! & clean room.
Our stay was amazing! We only stayed one night as we had an early train to catch the next morning. The hotel desk sent us very easy instructions on how to get there. Check in was very simple & the room was nice and clean. I would stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

Nice property - would go back there in the future
Overall this is a nice property conveniently located near the Naples Central train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that it is quite difficult to figure out how to get to the property. Hotels.com should do a better job in providing to the customers that this hotel is located on the second floor of a large building that houses a lot of other businesses and the New Gallery Hotel is pretty much an apartment within the second floor of this building that has been modified to have several rooms inside the apartment.

Steps from train station but hard to find
Once we finally found and got inside, it was great. It is not marked on the outside, once we found the brown wooden door with the smaller door inside, we entered a dim light courtyard. Still could not find the place. We were so lost. Used the "contact property" number in hotels.com app and someone answered. Within a few minutes a nice gentleman meet us and took us to the elevator, down the hall. Thankfully he carried my bag as you have 7 steps up to elevator. A very nice female greated us and showed us to our room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Pretty quiet considering it's a few steps away from the train station. There is not someone at the desk all the time like a regular hotel. Check out was 10:30am, not 11am as on hotel.com site. You just leave your key on the desk next to the paper with your room number. This was just an overnight as we traveled from Northern Italy to Southern Italy, so it was perfectly fine for us. It's location from the train station is what we were looking for, but man is it hard to find!

So here’s the deal. This is not a traditional hotel, with things like a lobby…or a sign…or an elevator built in the past century. The rooms are beautiful, the host is gracious and helpful, and the building (especially if you arrive at night) feels like you’re visiting an abandoned sanitorium. But after 24 hours in Napoli, you realize that this is just how this rather squalid yet oddly charming city works: Filthy on the outside, giving you every reason to fear for your life, yet full of soul and beauty. Such is this hotel. Suffer the indignity of a front door that barely holds itself together, a spooky courtyard, a creaking cage of a barely functional elevator (that you have to climb stairs to access!), and you will be rewarded with a beautiful room, a charming host, and convenient access to transport. If you survive crossing the roads in Napoli, this hotel will start to feel like your safe haven away from the piles of garbage, chaotic traffic, and constant shouting. The building itself is quiet, and you’ll sleep soundly and safely. Fear not, adventurous one, this hotel is a good choice. Unless you were expecting a hotel to look like a hotel.

Despite being in a busy congested area next to the Napoli Centrali terminal, our stay at New Gallery was awesome. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. They sent a series of pictures guiding us to the room. We didn’t see them but for a few minutes but they took the time to show us how to use the coffeemaker and give us information. We would definitely stay again.

The property was wonderful and restaurants within a few feet were fantastic. The bed was a bit firmer than we prefer but it was perfect for one night between trains. Just in front of both Naples Central and Garrebaldi stations. The host and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to do whatever it takes to help. We arrived very early and the host personally saw to it that we could check in early for a morning nap. Fantastic location right next to central metro and train stations for easy access to all of Naples and the rest of the region. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - five star service all round.

The host was excellent with prompt and responsive communication. It was extremely convenient to the train station. The room and hotel space was clean and nice but it is in an old building and the entry way and main floor are dirty and it looked a little sketchy, but the rooming house itself was clean and secure.
