We were given a room with no window or only one that looked onto a brick wall. On the fourth floor 60 steps up and down each time was difficult.
Recommend you make more of the fact there is no lift

Catania 2022
I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Francisco was very nice. The service was great. I love it. The location was great. There was only one small thing, which was the Wi-Fi wast working in the room only on the receptionist area. I told Francisco about it. He said they will fix the problem. Very very nice people. For sure next time will stay at the same place. Thank you hotel. Com for making this reservation for me and thank you Francisco and ladies who worked at the reception desk.

We ran into car troubled with our rental and no gps navigation and ended up not making it to the rental. We ended up staying in a completely different town and did not make it to Catania until after check out time the following day. The phone service was terrible and we had no cell data to get onto the travel sight to contact the owner. We had a similar issue checking into another booking minus the car trouble. It’s not a reflection on the property at all but the methodology of the booking. Being unable to access contact and check in information until the morning of the booking when traveling, especially in another country seems like a recipe for disaster. Unfortunately we were unable to even get to the room.

Everything was ok
The people at the front desk were nice and friendly
Good location
The room was clean
The only problem that I had was with the cleaning guy that was pressure me to leave the room in the morning. I stayed 3 days, on my check-out day
The cleaning guy was outside my door making noise and even knocked on my door at 9:30am asking when I was ready to leave ( check out time was 11am).

Once you enter the property door and get off the street, this property was old charm. We had vintage tile floors and very high relief decorated ceilings. It felt like I stepped back in time.
Breakfast offered a variety of items and the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful.
There’s an excellent restaurant next door. Walking distance to the popular shopping district on Via Etna.

Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk.
This is a very excellent hotel in an ancient building. The location of the hotel is very convenient for travel. I would like to especially thank a lady who is in charge of the front desk reception here. Because I accidentally slipped, she was very kind and busy for me and quickly called an ambulance. I really thank her for her kindness and everything she has done for me. I wish her and this hotel a good future.
