First, their check in procedure is Top class. Just sit down in a sofa and the staff takes care of everything. Second, unfortunately our jetlag made us sleep in and miss the great breakfast we read about. Third, this made us so stressed so we forgot our passports in the room safety box!!! When we realised this at the airport, a staff from the front office hurried with our passports to the airport with ONLY the taxi fee as a cost!!!! This is an OUTSTANDING pure ”the customer comes first” behavior and we want to recommend this hotel to 150%!! The staff at the pool bar was also so very friendly and polite! We are SO grateful for how you handled out crazy jetlagged behavior! 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Myst Dong was a fantastic hotel. Great location and the staff very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing, such a peaceful place to relax with views of the skyline. The room was spacious and the outdoor jacuzzi bath was a pleasant surprise. A modern hotel but with an authentic Vietnamese feel. We will definitely be back
