The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I speak some Japanese and they spoke a little English and we were able to easily communicate. This hotel is less than a minute walk from Yamato Train station and less than a 10 minute taxi ride to NAS Atsugi (about 1600 Yen roughly $11.50 and the taxis take cards). Many restaurants, a nice super market, many convivence stores all with in a minute or two walk. This is a good business travel hotel and a great price. This chain is all over Japan. The free breakfast was amazing!!! The rooms are small but very comfortable, bed, desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom. Perfect for quick trips.

Great location, but many faults.
The location is very convenient near to Yamato station. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit. However, the wifi didn't work and there is no lock on the bathroom door. There is also only a very small choice of English language movies available on the pay per view. The free breakfast is small and not worth bothering with. There is only one elevator so its always busy, and so it takes a lot of time to move around the hotel.

チェックインのときの女性の対応が悪かったです。目も合わせず上から目線で話してきて不愉快でした。男性の方は非常に丁寧に話をしてくださり、良かったです。チェックインのときにアメニティの場所を説明してもらえず、過ごしにくかったです。

安心で快適な東横INNさん
部屋の作りは東横INNさんどこも同じだと思いますが、備品等足りないものが特にありません。ベッドも快適で睡眠バッチリとれました。
朝食ビュッフェがサービスで付いてるので非常に助かりました。色んな種類があって選びたい放題です。
自分が驚いたのは、ウォーターサーバーの横に製氷機まであって、宿泊者へのサービスが非常に素晴らしいと思いました。洗濯も出来るので連泊も余裕ですね。
大手宿泊施設さんなので色んな面で安心です。今後も宿泊施設を利用する際は東横INNさんを優先利用します。
