The Senator Resort was better than expected. The service and staff were super helpful and friendly. Beach and pool areas were kept clean. The only thing I would suggest is that there be more food options at the buffet. Another downside was the housekeeping in our room. She was unable to properly clean until we gave her a tip. Other than the two mentioned above, our stay ay the Senator Hotel was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and beach are beautiful. The location is a little bit isolated from puerto plata, you will need transportation if you want to do activities outside the hotel. Overall the experience was great.

It has a beautiful view of the beach, the Cruise port as well you can enjoy it from different spot. It's a good place to walk around, relax on the beach, the swimming pool is big and has different sections, just would be amazing if the renovate it cause the condition is not the best, including some details in the rooms, the pool entertainment could be a bit better including the type of music they play as well. Other than that, I enjoyed my vacations, the staff are fun and friendly and will go back again in the future! Thanks guys!!!
