As we are an older couple and not well, we had valet service and everything was just so easy for us with the most comfortable bed, stunning views and the room was so clean and comfortable, didn’t have to leave the hotel as plenty of places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had amazing views of magnetic island. The room was clean, tidy and good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only feedback is the hallways do not match the presentation of the Casino entrance, they are old, outdated and musky. The walls are quite thin, could hear the people next door move about early hours of the morning.
