Don't stay until refurbishment is completed.
We stayed in the penthouse suite. It was on 39th floor and has amazing views. The living area was massive and had an additional study area however, the bathroom was tiny. It had a very small bath with a shower head over the bath. For a suite like this I would have expected to have a full size bath and a separate shower possibly with rainfall head. Also there was a coffee machine in the room, but they don't provide milk. I had to go to the club room 36 floors down to get milk and bring back to the room. The worst part was the refurbishment. The public areas were being replastered and to get to the lifts I had to dodge plasterers and painters. There was duct and dirt everywhere. They were also repairing the lift is meant there was pneumatic drilling between 9am and 5 pm. It was impossible to stay in the room during the day because of the vibration and noise.

Brilliant accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Hotel
My husband and I really enjoyed our holiday and hope to go back to Hawaii. The Hyatt Regency Hotel and the staff were excellent especially the service we received when we wanted to book trips etc., which resulted in us thoroughly enjoying the organised sightseeing events.

Pricy hotel but not worth for money
Staff has not told anything about resort facility. Hotel has super high charges but property has nothing great other than brand name. Property has only 1or 2 super costly restaurants. Rooms AC was not working. After complaining they give another room. Balcoly door was not working. If room is 15th floor or below, you will have lot of noise from street. Too many rooms squizzed so lot of noise from carridor In short not worth for the money
