Beautiful property! Spacious room. Nicely appointed. Great location. My only complaint was that I believe we could hear the elevator pretty loudly at all times of day. Park Hyatt Chicago overall is quite great. It was a satisfactory and pleasant stay. The room is maintained and cleaned well, the Hansgrohe shower and Axor tub are simply comfortable, the pool is very enjoyable, the 7th floor lounge offers truly beautiful views, the staff are generally friendly. One thing noticed is the shower in the pool area is not hot/cold mixed well. Another suggestion is if in-room dining can be available for 24 hours, would be even better.
