Love this hotel! Good choice of restaurants; friendly, efficient staff; comfortable rooms. Convenient location, easy access to city centre and Palexpo. Will go back as often as I can.
All good.
Nice big bed.
Lovely hotel, really good facilities and accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed here for 4 nights to attend the Laver Cup at the Palexpo, which was easy to access across the road. We enjoyed our stay. Although there was a charge it was great to be able to park right outside the hotel - there was also loads of space in the underground carpark despite the hotel being full. While the hotel was extremely busy I felt the staff who were working coped pretty well. The breakfast buffet was varied and tea and coffee was served at your table. We returned to the hotel bar between the afternoon and evening tennis sessions for food and drink and received good service. However, we arrived back fairly promptly but I think others who'd had the same idea but perhaps went to their room first found that they had a bit of a wait. Maybe the hotel should have scheduled additional staff to work and/or had another restaurant open? I liked the feeling of space in the public areas and was impressed by how quiet our room was. It had a pleasant outlook over a field and, despite being an airport hotel, there wasn't the usual noise of other guests arriving and departing for flights at antisocial hours. I would recommend staying here if you are attending an event at the Palexpo.
Great hotel that is close to the airport, there are free shuttles that leave from the airport every 10-15min
Excellent proximity to airport and good shuttle service.
An amazing trip. We had a great suit. Very Clean and spacious. Concierge service was excellent. They advised and booked our tours and taxis. We had an amazing trip - thank you everyone
We were met at the airport by a shuttle which took us to the hotel promptly. The check-in staff were friendly and the hotel had accommodated our request for connecting rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and well appointed and we were more than satisfied. We had a drink and some food in the C-Bar and once again, the service was prompt and pleasant. Next day, we left our luggage with the concierge - who was as efficient and courteous as the rest of his colleagues. We collected the luggage later in the day and we were advised a shuttle was on hand to take us to the airport. One of my family nipped to the loo - which turned out to be some distance away - while we loaded the baggage onto the shuttle. I advised a staff member (not the driver or concierge) in the lobby that I was waiting for a family member, the delay was less than five minutes. Whereupon he was extraordinarily rude in advising me the shuttle was running late and we were holding it up. I offered to remove my bags as we were in no hurry and had simply followed the advice of his colleague, but he simply rolled his eyes, sighed and barked they’d have to wait. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and have never been spoken to in such an appalling fashion. Having decided I would certainly return to the hotel on my next visit to Geneva, I’m afraid to say they have well and truly lost my custom with this display of rudeness. I don’t expect staff to be obsequious - but I do expect to be treated as I treat them.
Every stay here is excellent. Great hotel, lovely people, great gym, big rooms. 10 minutes walk to the airport. I'm a fan.
