Great place to stay!
I really enjoyed my stay for the most part. There was so much to do, I didn’t get to experience even a half. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the room. My room had an amazing view, however, the bathroom was not that clean. Then there was some sort of stain on the bottom of the bathtub that wasn’t pleasant to look at. Other than that everything else was perfect. The location of the resort was close to everything I already had planned.

Rooms were in terrible condition. Check in was a nightmare with the room we booked being unavailable and no compensation given at the time. We eventually checked out 2 days early because there was a daily issue with housekeeping either not showing up or poor service.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed with this hotel from the beginning. When we checked in we were given a room number for a "strip view" room; however, when we received the text 5 hours later that our rooms were ready, we did not get the room we originally checked in under. Then once we got to the rooms, the water went out, the rooms smelled like marijuana, no hot water and the water pressure was low in the shower. To be the infamous MGM I was truly not pleased. Will not stay there again.

Dated and Dirty
Hotel is dated and dirty. Beds were horrible and when you move they squeak. Bathroom base boards were fifty. Bathroom fan cannot be turned off and runs constantly. Water is Luke warm at best, never hot. Moved the chair by the window and there were chips under the chair… Rooms are connected so if you have one hotel room booking you can hear everything in the connected room. You get no sleep. Hotel check in staff were nice but Manager overseeing them was arrogant, rude, and had no customer service skills. They only care about big gamblers. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Dirty bathroom baseboards.
Mold buildup on the tile.
Dated plugs and material caked on to wallpaper.
Random dirt and markings all throughout room.
