I had a great stay at this place in Miami! The property was very nice—clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay super comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the location. It’s centrally located, so everything from restaurants and shops to the beach and nightlife was easily accessible. Not what the photos show.

The building is in poor shape. Very noisy, there is a lot of construction and airplanes constantly fly over. The apartment itself was clean but the shower did not function well (taps very loose). Kitchen cabinets as well need to be replaced, no stopper in kitchen sink or bathroom.
