Location is perfect for all the local spot, mall a block away. The main square is a few blocks away with the opera house and coffee shop and a river down the road. Definitely would return again:

Cons: The showers have a glass partition that covers only 1/4 of the shower so all the water runs out to the floor. Thin walls so you can hear drawers and closets open and close in other rooms. Pros: 5 stars to the staff as they’re all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent with Vietnamese and Continental menu choices. Hotel walking distance to Ben Thanh market and City Center.

We were given the room right above the lobby and street facing. It was extremely noisy. Having a family with young kids, the early morning karaoke guy and late party-goers really dampened the stay. The morning buffet was good. Lots of selections. It is a great location though.
