We enjoyed our stay at Olivia very much. Our family of four spent four days in LA. The hotel was in the perfect location for sightseeing. The included breakfast options were all outstanding and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bernardo checked us in and made sure our stay got off to a good start. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed ending our days sitting by the fire in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here. We find the rooms comfortable and staff very friendly. The breakfast is great and the courtyard very pleasant. The only item to note is that the hotel is on Santa Monica Blvd. and depending on the location of your room you will have some street noise, but that didn't really bother us. We will definitely stay here again.

Great staff from check-in thru everyday breakfast orders. The Olivia Hotel is a motor lodge converted to a boutique hotel -- a really nice experience. It's located a short distance from UCLA - walkable, bus-able, or a short Uber ride to campus. I would recommend this, especially, for out of town parents/families of students.

The bed was quite comfortable. The room overall was very nice. It had a larger TV than you usually expect, almost silent new mini-split A/C. The breakfast was quite good too. The staff were friendly and helpful . Bernardo at the desk was very nice and check-in was a snap. The location is 20-30 minutes from Hollywood, Universal studios, Santa Monica Pier and the beach Etc. Otherwise the traffic noise and lack of a microwave in the room are the only negatives I can think of.
