Staff were absolutely brilliant very attentive and extremely willing to assist couldn’t be more impressed. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning and consisted of a hot drink(s), yoghurt, fruit juice, pastry and sandwich/ toastie. We highly recommend this location. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. There is free parking all around the area of the Trastevere Gallery Suites. Rooms are beautiful decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night before heading to the airport to return home. This property was conveniently located near the train station, we were able to walk easily even with all our luggage. The room was clean and nice, staff was helpful. I would not recommend this area for a longer stay in Rome (it’s fine/safe enough, just more workaday and not super convenient to the main tourist sites)…but this was perfect for our needs.

This guest room was basic and clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary in-room breakfast was a nice touch: croissants, warm panini, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. It was more than we could eat. The location is great - a 10 minute walk from Trastevere train station, and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which is about a 15-20 minute ride to everything we wanted to see in Roma. There are several cafes, restaurants, and shops just downstairs. Checking in was confusing and frustrating even though we arrived during “office hours.” However the host was available by phone right away, and was very helpful. Hopefully the host will provide a better experience on this soon. In case he doesn’t and you arrive during the day, here’s what you do: Enter the building and walk to the right in the hallway. Take the lift or stairs up one floor (from ground floor to the first floor). Then the office is in front of you. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Excellent place to stay. They have converted a huge 1960 apartment into a number of rooms and common lobby area. The beds and bathrooms are all new and excellent. The reception desk is open during the main times flights arrive 8am - 2pm with an after hours contact. They are on WhatsApp this was very helpful, since I had data but no Italian phone. There is an excellent gelato and breakfast place on the street level. Problems, the temperature is hard to control and there is sound leaking from neighbours and you are on a noisy street, but this is workable. The location is excellent for getting around you are on the number 8 tram route (Rome transit now does tap payment) which arrives about every 7 minutes and a short distance from a main train station which has trains about every 20 minutes. Restaurants, food and groceries are not too far up the street.

Prior to my arrival the staff were in contact with me to coordinate a smooth arrival and check in. Upon arriving, Giselle met me at the property and assisted me with not only getting familiar to the area but also transportation and recommendations. The staff were super responsive to requests and questions and were available at anytime of the day or evening. The property is centrally located to the train station and bus stops and it was in a safe neighborhood. The staff also maintained the rooms nicely and accommodated my every need. Bravo!
