Staff was extremely rude, none accommodating and elevators are very slow and/or non operational. Restaurant staff are very rude and the parking was absolutely ridiculous and they overcharged us at the gate. I will never stay here again.

Saving grace when snowed in
I was stuck in Atlanta during a snowstorm and so glad I chose the Hilton to stay while waiting to fly back out. There is a restaurant and a little cafe area on site which was a lifesaver since DoorDash was not operating at that time. Definitely would stay again if I end up back in Atlanta.

This hotel was fairly run-down for a 4 star hotel. But it was conveniently located to the MARTA and the conference I was attending. The Southern Elements restaurant inside the hotel was also quite good.

first off the hotel was OVERPRICED parking was not Included. no microwave in the room & they room key never worked I had to go to the office multiple times and the issue was never fixed. room is VERY SMALL• unorganized and not good communication. Not pleased at all
I was charged a double deposit fee that they didn’t catch. Room key was suppose to used for parking and each time we had to call for help the card was not working. Empty beer bottles left in room from previous guess. The first room they gave us didn’t have working hot water so we had to be switched to a different room, then once we were switched the drain in shower was not working they had to send up maintenance. They had complimentary water bottles they were already opened.

Meh. Some good. Some less so.
Our room opened up onto the jogging track and basket/pickle ball court. Since it was raining, there wasn't too much noise, but I can imagine it getting loud in better weather. The bathroom needed more than one light, as well as a way to clear steam. When our room key didn't work in the parking garage ($40/night btw) the staff was apologetic and assisted me right away. For a place with 8 elevators, it took a surprisingly long time for one to arrive. The holiday decor looked nice in the lobby.
