Booked online, it said it was $20 for resort fee, when i got here it was $25, dont like being told one price and then charged another, its only a few $$ but it is the point, its a lie, When i said something to the girl at checkin , I got met with a souface abs told again its $25 , at midnight when tour getting back from the park , you dont want to argue , Otherwise hotel was clean, rooms were clean,

Upon arrival we were put in a tower room when I requested pool view. They said they had no other rooms. The room was so hot, the AC was not on so I turned it on to get the room cooled down. Tv did not work. Had to have a maintenance man in and out of our room to fix tv. This man had the nerve to tell me not to have the AC on like that because it cld freeze. Excuse me, this room is over 80 degrees and stuffy, I will turn the AC on what I want!!

Decent
For the price we paid, we weren’t expecting a lot. We got upgraded to the tower side because the door to the other side was broken. There was some off smell maybe coming from the carpet. I did read other reviews that mentioned that so we bought Lysol and sprayed the whole room, flooring, and beddings and it made the room much fresher. We also brought slippers so we won’t be walking on the carpet barefoot. The microwave and fridge came in handy! Washrooms were also decent. Overall it was a decent stay.

The room was ok, beds were so skweaky if you moved a toe tou heard it. The pillows were flat and lumpy, also no outlets for you phone by the bed. I found hair in the bath towels and a red substance on the bathroom counter so they did not wipe it down. The only good things the people are nice and the location.
