Clean room, comfy bed friendly staff. 2 flaws in my stay was no toothpaste included in the free toiletries. So had to do a quick shop before the airport. Also could hear other quests along the corridor during the evening. Apart from that it’s a nice hotel and the India restaurant was fantastic. Great food.

Surprisingly good. I’d never heard of the “Sunday” brand before but, albeit a bit homogeneous and lacking character of any sort, it was clean, comfortable and excellent value, so it’s now on my “will stay again” list. Lots of good restaurants and bars in walking distance and very near to a tram stop for going further on Manchester’s superb transport services.

Excellent location. Good price for Manchester City centre. Easy and fast check-in. Rooms had everything you need. Attached bar/indian restaurant was excellent - really good food. My only negative was that my room smelled strongly of cigarettes. when I opened the window there were many cigarette butts on the ledge outside - I would guess this is the room the cleaner uses for a cheeky smoke.
