Toilet fills with waste from other rooms.
Ground floor superior room. Waste from other rooms kept coming back up the toilet. Reception knew about it but apparently ‘nothing can be done about it’!!! Moved to a top floor room. Won’t be returning until the drains are fixed.

My new favourite Aberdeen Hotel
Had a lovely stay, I was there for business. The WiFi worked well which is a plus. Had a problem with the TV and the delightful duty manager tried her best to fix it before swapping it for another one, apologising for any inconvenience. I had a splendid burger with chilli and cheese with a side of onion rings, which was a great day to end the day. Popped into the gym and pool for a couple of workouts and a swim. The gym is much better than the normal hotel gym, more like a private club gym. I would recommend staying and will be there again on my next visit to Aberdeen.

Lovely hotel but so noisey
Hotel itself was actually nice We had a room 2 rooms down and on the floor above running about and banging all night till 1.30am was children left on there own. No idea were the parents were. Reception finaly got them to stop all the noise at 1.30am.

Beautiful hotel
Hotel was lovely. Nice ambiance when you entered and it smelled beautiful. Checkin was flawless. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Rooms were immaculately clean. Perfect stay. My only negative is we were not told on check in you had to book for leisure side which fortunately we were there for 2 nights and managed to get booked for 2nd day. And you had to pay for parking which was strange for a guest staying in hotel

Good stay, bed was too hard for me
It was a nice room. Bathroom was a good size, nice light from the windows and the bed was large too. My only negative is that it was quite a hard bed and I get quite a sore back from hard beds so was in a bit of pain in the morning (fyi I’m under the age of 40 😂). Great size room though.

All a bit chaotic. Rooms not well equipped, missing several basics that I consider a bare minimum for a hotel. No kettle, no flannels, no water. Kitchen closed early, food was barely average. Staff were lovely though.

Food in the restaurant was good and not too expensive. Delicious breakfast. The pool was a little too small to swim in with the water babies class going on. Disappointed to have to pay for parking. Overall a nice stay.
