This property was dirty, no WiFi , and poorly operated by a lady in an office . Flies and other insects shared the space with us . It’s a great location but I would never recommend this place to my enemies

Den Schlüsselcode bekamen wir noch per WhatsApp. Auf die Frage, wie man in die Parkgarage kommt, hieß es, es gibt keinen Parkplatz, obwohl gratis Parken angegeben war und ein Foto abgebildet war. Also mussten wir einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz suchen und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Wohnung gehen. In der Wohnung gab es kein Wasser. Auf unsere Meldung wurde uns wieder per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass voraussichtlich um 10 Abends sich jemand darum kümmert. Dann ging niemand mehr ans Telefon. Außerdem war die Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand. Schimmlige Wände, Möbel verschmutzt und beschädigt, ein Loch im Fußboden, Balkontüre undicht. Wir beschlossen in ein Hotel zu gehen, denn ohne Wasser konnte man ja nicht einmal die Toilette benutzen, zumal es fraglich war, ob das Wasser überhaupt angestellt werden würde. Am nächsten Tag um 10 Vormittag wurden wir wieder per WhatsApp gefragt, ob das Wasser jetzt geht. D.h. die von der Agentur haben sich nicht gekümmert, sondern sind einfach nach Hause gegangen und haben uns sitzen lassen. Zum Glück konnten wir mit Expedia kommunizieren und die haben veranlasst, dass wir wenigstens die Hälfte des Geldes, wie es in den Stornierungsbedingungen der Agentur steht, zurückbekommen haben. Eigentlich wäre die komplette Erstattung fällig gewesen, aber die Vermieter haben sich nie wieder bei uns gemeldet und so blieben wir auf unserem Schaden sitzen. Ich denke, die Homing Agentur kann man als Betrüger bezeichnen.

Excelente apartamento, bons quartos e uma sala iluminada. Alguns equipamentos necessitam de manutenção e a parte elétrica perigosamente descuidada. Ótima localização na Expo.

Great apartment

Large apartment in nice area outside of Lisbon. Uber ride into town in about 10 minutes. A few restaurants near but in more of a business area near the water. A lot of space, water view, nice kitchen. A grocery store is near. A coffee shore is near too.

Dejlig lejlighed tæt på vandet.

Lækker lejlighed, der svaret til billederne. Med udsigt til vandet. Nøgleoverlevering til aftalt tid.10 min.Gang op til metro, ellers går der bus lige uden for døren. Der er en kapselkaffemaskine, vi vil gerne lave almindelig kaffe, så en kaffetragt vil være dejlig. Vi fik 1 nøgle Når man er flere vil det være dejligt med 2 nøgler. Vil helt sikkert gerne komme igen. Dejligt om aften at kunne gå langs vandet.
