It was well worth the cost. The location is prime and 1/5 of what you'd pay at the Hilton 2 blocks away.

No breakfast or swimming pool. Limited street parking. Hotel garage parking next door if you want to pay 55 a night. Located right off Michigan Ave. Affordable and convenient for visiting Lake Michigan sights. 3 blocks the other way are all sorts of good restaurants and night.

Great location. Nice staff. Clean. FYI that beautiful photo of the lobby doesn't exist in person. Disappointing. Also the fitness center does not look anything like photo. I thought we were in the wrong hotel at first. However room photos seemed accurate The bakery attached was amazing.

6/10 Good

Front desk Staff was kind, cleaning staff was very friendly. I could not give 5 stars however because of the following. Shower faucet was broken and dripped loudly all night. We attempted to turn on the heat, but the smell of mildew was so bad we had to turn it off and air out the room with the our door open late at night for about 30 minutes (which isn't very safe either) the hotel is not maintained as well as it could be. And the carpets in room left our socks and feet black on bottom from the dirt. Location is perfect and close to everything you need, so if that's all the matters, this is the hotel for you! With a little updating and cleaning this place could definitely receive a higher rating.

Great location overlooking Grant Park and Field Museum, great bus and train connections, AC was needed and appreciated, so was coffee in lobby and ice water with real fruit. So appreciated a reasonably priced room when I needed sudden accommodations. Bed and shower were perfect. Thank you very much.
