By far my favourite hotel in Tokyo so far. The location is perfect, super easy to get around. The staff at this hotel were incredible. Not only did they help me store my bags when I came earlier than check-in, they also helped me ship my luggage to my next hotel, and was extremely diligent and making sure that I knew how Hot Springs worked. I stayed in the theatre room and I loved it; room was clean, blinds in the hotel were complete blackout, to the point where I thought it was still dark outside, and it was daytime haha. 10/10 highly recommend.

Staff very friendly and location is very close to Akihabara for any excited anime fans wishing to be close by. The area around it is very calm and quiet and it is only a short walk away from shopping and dining and and not far from Akihabara station as well.

Everything was better than my expectations. There's only one issue which can not be fixed. Sometimes you really feel one elevator is not enough. But if I get back to Tokyo I would like to stay here again.

Nice and clean property, very close to Akihabara station, no need to go to the front desk to check out, small but nice public bath.
The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel is that there's only one elevator. Very slow. If you are in a hurry, you may take that stairs. But not convenient if you are staying at the top floor.

Made a great Tokyo trip even better!
Had an amazing 10-day stay at Super Hotel Premier Akihabara while on tour in Japan. The staff were very helpful and polite throughout and did their best despite my limited Japanese. My room was a theater room which, while small like most Tokyo hotel rooms, was very comfortable and had a lot of nice amenities like its own AC unit, a handy multi-point charging cable to use with the built-in USB receptacles, and a small fridge. The bed was large and very soft although the main pillow was oddly quite firm - slept like a log nevertheless especially since the room was very quiet.
I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast since I preferred to grab yummy bento from the nearby convenience stores but if the delicious smells in the elevator in the morning were any indication it was probably great. I made liberal use of the onsen however and it was heavenly after long days wandering Akiba, Tokyo Auto Salon, or other parts of Japan.
Location wise the hotel was also great since it's a 5-minute walk to Chuo-dori - Akihabara's main street - and Akihabara train station. Iwamotocho subway station was just a minute away in the opposite direction and between that and Akihabara station it was super easy to get pretty much anywhere. Despite the convenient access the hotel itself was on a quiet side street away from noisy traffic. PIN pads made hotel and room access easy even after late nights out.
In short, this was one of my best hotel stays ever and I would totally come back!

Close to everything in Akiba
Traveled as a couple. The room itself was small for two + bags. But the room was very clean and close to everything we wanted to see in Akihabara. Yodobashi and the train station are quite close for food and shopping. And the main street for Akiba is easy to get to for games. The property has nice public baths, they do get a bit busy late at night (10pm-12 midnight). And early morning before they close (7-9am) Afternoon and when they first open seems to be best to use them. The elevator is a bit small to use getting in and out with so many ppl going up and down the floors, but they do have stairs if you like getting extra steps in for the day. Lots of food around to choose from was a big plus. Would stay here again for the convenience, just wish the room was a bit bigger.
