Amazing!! The staff were courteous and professional! Hotel is close to the beach and Ala Moana mall, literally a hop, skip and a jump. If you have a teenagers this is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, spacious, and have a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge..... The only two set-backs were the need for more pillows and get rid of the ticketless parking......not deal breakers but the self-parking, never worked worked for me. Ala Moana Hotel is a must stay and truly a great experience!!

We had a one night stay before transfer to our time share. I was impressed with the property. I believe it is an older property but i see they do keep it up in remodel and maintenance. We took a chance to see if our room is ready in advance of check-in and it was. The bed was comfortable and the sheets felt good. Also just a short walk to Ala Moana Mall which is convenient. They even have parking for oversize vehicles. I would recommend for anyone to stay there.
