I just spent a few hours in this hotel between two flights. However, the hotel owner and his staff were waiting for me at the airport and kindly welcomed me in Vietnam. It was much appreciated after a 30 hours travel!

Henry was fabulous. He communicated with us directly after booking and sent a driver to pick us up from the airport immediately. The hotel is close to the airport and clean. Henry was very attentive to us and made sure that we had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Things i like most was they treating all the guests like their family member from the time I got pick up to the time they dropped me off the airport. I gave them 5 stars for the services, especially with the hotel manager Henry, and I definitely will stay here a gain for future trips to Ha Noi.

I had a super early flight so decided to stay close to the airport on my final day - this place was great for that purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. He set everything up for my 5 am car pick up to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of noise coming from outside so if you are light sleeper like me, you may have some issues with sleeping - music, cars, chickens, etc. It's a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but wouldn't recommend it as your main stay during your trip - not a lot going on in the surrounding area.
