The management was atrocious in that housekeeping wasn't done inspite of repeatedly reminding them to change bedding and towels. The towels were dirty, the sink was clogged, and even when housekeeping was done, they didnt remove the trash. They had promised to provide plates and bowls incase we needed to heat up food but refused to do so later when actually requested. Pretty pathetic levels of service for a hotel of this stature. We did not have a good experience

Not what it used to be
A formally beautiful hotel that seems to have lost it's charm since covid. The beautiful atrium interior is dusty. Both the pool and hot tub heaters were broken for at least a week over the Christmas/New Years holiday. Staff didn't care and seemed bothered when asked about repair status. The water fall that my kids loved by the pool is also gone. Breakfast was good, but ends at 9am, which is too early when you're on vacation. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy, but pillows were flat and lumpy.

Awful and will not return.
No hot water after letting run for 5 minutes. Chocolate candy on the floor in multiple places from previous guest. No one answer room service phone or guest services phone. WiFi was 2 bars and disconnect constantly. Did not refill shower gel. Neither TV remote worked and were clearly worn out.

Just okay, go somewhere else
The staff rarely answer the phones. Front desk asks like youre inconveniencing them when you talk to them. They have breakfast from like 6 to 9 am. Then happy hour from 5 to 630 pm. Kind of early if you ask me. There was construction either next to us or above us every day during working hours. Price gouge on parking and internet. Room service is just okay, pizza was the best thing.
