Off season the hotel staff was still so responsive and ready to help. The rooms and building were clean. Only downside the store closed around 5 and besides the seafood restaurant there weren’t great snack options, so you need to leave for that. Otherwise it was perfect.

Staff was friendly and property as expected. We were unable to sleep through the night because the HVAC was set to auto and the compressor kicked off and on the entire stay. The shampoo and lotion bottles were almost empty. The beds were wonderful though. Glad I didn’t pay in season rates.

The beds in our room were comfortable and the room itself felt clean. I was happy with the hotel. The only downside was and it’s not even the hotels fault is the Hilton next door was renovating and at 5:30am a truck came to remove/empty 2 of the flatbed dumpsters they had full. Then it was every type of delivery truck as possible came until 7:30am with the backup beeps going non stop. Maybe next time if we stay we won’t take the one side of the hotel with a partial view. And like I said it’s not the hotels fault but it made that day so miserable because we were tired and couldn’t enjoy the day. We even left that night so we could get a good nights sleep

The room was good but I wish we had a corner room bcs mine was facing the pool and noise all night until it closes. One of the bed sheets had spots of sticky stuff. The towels were not spottless as well. The front desk were very friendly . Overall, my stay was nice.
