We enjoyed our stay in this property. We were right beside tge canal where we saw fishes go by. The room was clean and so nostalgic. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful as well as the kitchen staff. Wish we could stay longer… next time!!!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation! We could not get the air conditioning to work and it was warm on the third floor but otherwise we were very happy with the property. I appreciated the complimentary coffee. The breakfast looked very good.

The Covid-19 epidemic has caused the ban of American tourists from visiting Italy (Venice). I made repeated contacts with Gruppo UNA to get a refund for the rooms paid for months ago and was basically told to pound sand. I will never, ever, visit or recommend one of their properties. FYI, Expedia was of absolutely no help with trying to help with this situation. Very, very disappointed.

Complesso composto da Hotel e Residenza con proprio ingresso situata in posizione strategica ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa e tranquilla. Personale professionale, molto cortese e disponibile per informazioni e suggerimenti. Camera pulita, unica pecca il bagno un po' piccolo e scomodo ma comunque ben rifornito di tutti i prodotti necessari. Colazione sufficiente con possibilità di chiedere qualche piatto extra direttamente al personale addetto alla cucina, di cui una parte di proposte già comprese nel prezzo ed altre a pagamento. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, consiglio sicuramente la struttura.

Lovely Venice
Very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! Also a great breakfast and help to store the luggage on the check out day. Right beside a smaller canal, so although I did not choose canal view I enjoyed it easily. It’s also very central - we walked nearly everywhere- even to the Biennale, but that was quite a long walk. This hotel is easily reached from the Airport too.
