10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was excellent, all of the members of staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room we stayed in (junior suite) was beautiful. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also great. We honestly cannot fault this hotel and the wonderful people working there. We would definitely stay there again!

Really nice hotel. Super helpful staff. Would benefit from a little more parking outside the hotel, but there is easy parking close by.

The room was clean and well maintained. The bar/restaurant area was impressive by the river. The window seat was nice. Watching a live sport at the area would be a great idea, too. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable and fulfilling. The location near the city centre was great, too.

6/10 Good

Heating didn’t work in my room. One of windows in my room didn’t close properly. Service at breakfast was terrible. Had to ask for cutlery, more plates and glasses on buffet. They seemed very short staffed. Tables not cleared etc. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
