Very good 8.0
Was well located and other than the building works you see when you are going out was great. as we were out during the day the building work noises didn't really affect us. friendly and helpful staff as well as great room

Expensive parking
There is a lot of building work going on around the hotel so the area isn't pretty but it's just a short walk into the city centre. There are very few parking places. We paid £17 to park but weren't asked for our reg number. Breakfast was OK but not enough orange juice and no hot chocolate. Room was clean & spacious and bed was comfortable.

Fab Stay at Victoria & Albert Marriott Manchester
Lovely hotel . Staff were lovely and very helpful

Good 6.0
Not the best place to stay if you are over 5ft tall! The shower head, door handles, ceilings were all extremely low, so much so it spoiled our stay and felt uncomfortable. I’m 5ft4 and couldn’t stand up Straight in the shower and my partner at over 6ft had to kneel! Not what you expect from a hotel, the rooms weren’t fit for purpose. Although lovely decor etc just like being in a kids play house!

Very good 8.0
Nice hotel in good location.
Overall a nice hotel. The communal areas are good but the room looked a bit like it needed updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that, as went to go out, we discovered that our door would not lock and this took 45 minutes for it to be sorted out, delaying our night out.
