Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was fine but could benefit from renovation. Breakfast was basic but very nice - enough variety of hot and cold food. Good location in safe area.

The desk manager was very kind and super helpful - many thanks to Vittoria! The room was perfect and location ideal. A very xute pool and delicious buffet that includes jot food. All the staff was excellent in fact.

I was quite happy with my stay at Mercure Pamplona. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent - near attractions, metro and good restaurants - and teh condition of the facilities is great. I would only say that hot food options for breakfast are not the best. But this may be a case of preference only. I would be more than happy to stay there again nonetheless.

Péssima, hotel está em obras. Não fui informada. Os trabalhadores da obra usam o elevador social e de serviço, deixam tudo sujo e empoeirado. apertam todas as teclas do 0, -1 e -2. O hóspede fica vários minutos esperando por um elevador sujo. Os halls dos quartos todos cheios de poerira de obra. Lamentável a desorganização e administração do hotel nessa questão.

Café da manhã ruim com pouquíssimas opções, um funcionário somente para dar conta de tudo Já fiquei em vários hotéis sementes de categoria e faixa de preço e esse, sem dúvida, é o pior deles.

O hotel está em reforma a vários meses, não foi informado. A piscina, a academia, o salão de entrada, a fachada, a entrada tinha que ser pela garagem, não tinha nenhum segurança do lado de Fora já a entrada da garagem é bem escura. Decepcionante já que foi minha família com filhos. O quarto e café muito bons.
