Early check in was smooth.
This place is filthy and dated. I believe they provide accommodations for local residents weekly. Room 203 has bed bugs so I know the entire property is infested. It's close to the airport but I wouldn't recommend staying here. My mother stayed at the Double Tree with the same issues.

Okay for a single night — room was outdated, a minimum of 8 stains on the desk chair, a hair tie on the floor but the beds seemed clean and were comfortable enough. The TV was OLD as well, no channels in HD.
Right next to the airport and about 15 minutes to MetLife Stadium.

yes the room was spotless! Staff needs to knock on your door in the mornings, insead of trying to enter 1st with key!! and also staff makes a lot of noise on sunday morning in the hallways.

The price was right for the location. Easy to Uber to and from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room was clean, but dated facilities made things look dirtier than they were. I would stay there again.

Nice place, clean rooms. The area around the hotel does not feel safe, however, all the area looks like industrial, so not fancy at all. We did not have any issue at all. Staff is friendly. Would stay again.

Stayed there with 3 teenagers, and the place was ok for us to rest our heads. The rooms appeared to look clean, but the ac unit had buildup dirt, and a caprisun packet at the back of the bed. There was a strong stench of marijuana despite the sign depicted that no smoking was allowed. To top if off, the showers wasn’t cleaned properly.
All in all, if you just need a cheap space to close your eyes, it’s ok, but if you are a someone who is bothered easily, don’t book.

The bed sheets were cleaned. The bathroom too. But it looks a bit old.
Good food at the restaurant. The commute to Manhattan is a bit of a hastle. But it doable.

Should have researched better but for 160 a night i guess i expected alittle more. And the restaurant in hotel was horrible. Really nice people but slowwwwwww. We waited ann hour for our food. Only one other table in restaurant ao not aure why and my daughters food was cold and offered no discount or anything. Definitely wil not be staying again. This a 50 dollar a night hotel charging trille.

Excellent welcome after a 15 hour, previously cancelled flight! Room was clean, towels and toiletries available, great hair blower…. If you need anything extra, management is there to please. Highly recommended🌹

The lobby was cute by design and the restaurant was nice, but! the hotel smells of marijuana and mold, the wall paper is falling off and the tub faucet dripped all night. That's just the beginning.
