Hengqin Hyatt a great hotel
The hotel is in a great location where there is a mall that connects to the mall. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is that the afternoon club experince was the worst. There were many Hongkong people due to the Good Friday. The food was bland. We were asked to leave because my baby is crying.

The shopping mall nearby is new but there is only a few restaurants and markets. There is no direct shuttle bus from the hotel to HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the taxi is required for transportation.

The sevice has large room for improvement, the check in was terrible that I booked 2 rooms but could only get one while I checked in. I had to wait more than one hour to get all my rooms ready. And the breakfast was overcrowded, and the outdoor pool was closed, and the in room services was terrible low speed. All and all, the stay was terrible
