We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to be attentive and helpful. Heidi was very good with recommendations and directions. The restaurant manager and staff were also awesome. Housekeeping was awesome as well -- as well attentive and accommodating our special needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a diamond within a scruffy neighborhood. A wonderful oasis within the historic core of Mexico City. It's sited on a quarter-block park which removes it a touch from the roar of traffic. Staff is fantastic and the included breakfast is unparalleled.
