I would give Harrah's a 5 star without question but the smell of marijuana is so strong around the hotel that it its annoying. Love the venue, location, amenities all in one place. I have been here well over a dozen times for different tournaments and its been the same each time.

Although the hotel seemed to be short-staffed and our room was not serviced during our stay, the staff we encountered were helpful and the accommodations themselves were enjoyable. I changed the room after the first night to get a view of the ocean. We were in the bayview king luxury room type and both rooms were clean and pleasant looking. Towels, sheets were clean and neat. The check in staff Ali & Erica were rude but John & Harmza were helpful. Staff at the amenities especially the pool were great. Fun at the pool and jacuzzi. Nice gym we worked out abit too. Nice casino, shops and bars. Try cognac pina colada. Didn't go with kids, think they have some kids arcade and another pool "family pool"that could be kid-friendly.

We unfortunately didn't have time to check out the casino bar. Mainly because we're not bar people. We we're here for a business trip as well as to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was great, and our housekeeper was equally great! Her name was Anna, and she was very on-top of her game. She helped me with a lot of the amenities, even though it wasn't in her job description! I wish there was a way to specifically point her out as a great employee!
