Great location in Hamburg. Highly recommend stay. Small issue with A/C which the staff accommodated for. Breakfast buffet had the basics no frills but very tasty and filling. Staff service was excellent.

Don’t stay here during the summer this hotel does not have air-conditioning at all I kept on turning the air conditioner in the room down nothing was happening until an employee told me the next morning that this hotel doesn’t have air-conditioning. Their computer during checkout would break down and we had to wait extra long for them to type in all our information all over again. Three check out their printer wouldn’t work so they couldn’t print out any bill for us. At breakfast everybody was sweating because it was so hot. They blamed the situation on the old building however it is easy to install a retrofit air conditioning to the venting system in a supposed five star hotel

Værelset var mega stort 6,5 x 6,5 meter, og der var et kæmpe badeværelse. Alt inventar var lækkert. Servicen var i top. Morgenmaden var ikke for god. Kedeligt brød og det varme mad var stegt for længe

El check in y atención de recepción muy amable. El spa muy completo. Cómodo, servicio muy amable. El servicio de Concierge muy amables y atentos. Nos ayudaron con todas nuestras necesidades.
El servicio de alimentos y desayuno muy malo. Deben poner atención en ese tema, no tienen una estación para huevos al gusto, los debes pedir a la carta, atienden todos y nadie, tardaron 1 hora, mal hechos y solo te dicen que si quieres te los vuelven a hacer. Una pena perder tu tiempo así y al final no poder desayunar bien. Por todo lo demás el hotel muy bueno y recomendable

Einzigartiger Service
Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss hier zu verweilen, der Service ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir waren schon so oft hier. Schade, dass das Hotel zum Ende des Jahres wegen des auslaufenden Pachtvertrags schließen muss. Ein echter Verlust für die Stadt Hamburg!

Alles sehr edel eingerichtet, aber sehr dunkel und niedrige Decken - das erdrückt mich.
Das Frühstück war-wie in vielen Hotels- viel zu teuer. Ich frühstücke sehr wenig - also bin ich in das angrenzende Grand Café Roncalli gegangen. Das war sehr gut!
