Perfect Christmas holidays and New Year’s Eve stay, best holiday we’ve had in a long time. Team was super friendly and attentive, small details made all the difference. Excellent spa and breakfast. NYE party was also fun, room service spot on (complimentary champagne and pastry). Great rooftop restaurants. Special thanks to the pastry chef. 100% recommended

Steps away from River and Oldtown, actually in the middle of all tourist attractions. I appreciate very much the staff and breakfast, superb. Swimming pool is also fantastic, and I learn that the hotel was renovated and so it is almost all new! Excellent, will certainly stay again in future when I travel to Prag.

Everything about the Fairmont Golden Prague exceeded our expectations! The hotel is gorgeous and in a fantastic location, just steps from the river and a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock. The Greenhouse restaurant at the Fairmont was excellent, too. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the turn-down service and attentive housekeeping staff. The only negative, and it’s not really a negative at all, but the WiFi was not always reliable. It wasn’t that big of an issue, but something I did want to mention if you’re planning on doing any video conferencing or work from the hotel. All in all, we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

the front desk charge my visa card very high security deposit(equel to 45% of the total price of my 5nifghts stay) The deposits will take 3weeks to be refunded to my card/this is vey strange & unfair payment method.most hotels charge 10% not 45% .
