The actual hotel was extremely COLD, but overall the hotel, food, staff were great!! We got water bottles everyday and a clean room everyday too. One thing that I probably miss read was that it had laundry but it has laundry service and we all know how much that cost $$ but I give this hotel a FIVE STAR all the way.. Jesus and Sara

Excellent complimentary breakfast.
The Room was great. The service was excellent. The staff was profesional. Hotel was approximately 1/2 mile from a mall. Only problem was that it was too loud. People yelling on hallway. It appeared that there was no doors to block the noice of people yelling. Doors too thin.

Cómodo y muy cerca de la Expo
Todo muy bien , el check-in el estacionamiento , elevadores , vecinos un poco. Ruidosos pero las camas cómodas el agua caliente quizá un poco más de presión se agradecería , lo único que si falta es un feigobar y lo digo por los que viajamos con medicamentos refrigerados , pero muy amables volvieron a congelar mis paquetes para tener fría la maleta de transporte

El hotel está súper ubicado para ir y venir caminando a la expo. Los cuartos son de buen tamaño, muy limpio, la comida deliciosa y la gente súper amable! Lo recomiendo!
